Amber Alert issued for 9-month-old Raylon Tucker abducted from Arizona home by mom, uncle
MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA: The Buckeye Police Department issued an Amber Alert in Arizona on Friday, June 10, at 3.45 pm after a baby went missing along with his mother following 'an early violent home invasion near Baseline and Miller'. The 9-month-old baby has been identified as Raylon Tucker and his mother is identified as Jessica Jones Angulo, 19. The department let out more information revealing that a home invasion took place at around 12.30 am which included Angulo and three others.
The news further explained that Angulo and three others assaulted people inside the house threatened them with a gun, took the baby, and drove off. One of the victims, who is also the father of the baby, as the police said allegedly had an ongoing custody dispute with Angulo. Police have so far arrested one suspect and she has been identified as Jessica Howard Davila, 36, but her relation to the mother and the baby is unclear. Angulo and the third suspect Exzavior Jones, Raylon's uncle, are currently on the run. The police have also found a suspect car.

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children tells us that Raylon Zahir Tucker was last spotted at 2 5 2 0 0 block of Freemont Drive in Buckeye wearing a black shirt and diaper, mentioned Arizona Department of Public Safety on the source. Both Angulo and Jones are said to be 19 years old and are suspected to be headed for California according to a source. “At least one of them fired a weapon before taking off, but it is our understanding that no one has been injured,” said Carissa Planalp with the Buckeye Police Department. “We understand that there’s an ongoing custody dispute between the father and the mother,” Planalp said.
Buckeye Police Department issued an Amber alert almost 12 hours after the incident and announced it via Twitter saying, "Buckeye police are searching for 9-month-old Raylon Tucker and his biological mother, 19-year-old Jessica Jones Angulo, after she took the baby in a violent early morning home invasion near Baseline and Miller. An Amber Alert has been issued." AMBER stands for America's Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety further explained, "Biological mother (Jessica Jones Angulo) and maternal uncle (Exzavior Jones) of missing child with two accomplices kicked in the front door of the child’s biological father’s house on 06/10/22 after midnight. A physical fight ensued between numerous family members and the suspects when Exzavior intentionally fired a handgun. Jessica was able to grab the child from a 13-year-old trying to find a safe place away from the fight. Jessica, Exzavior, and their two accomplices fled the scene."
