In the video, Brittany acts, asking her fans to zip their mouth as the video says, "Don't tell anyone." As she throws the keys of the zip behind, Kenneth comes out of the closet, pretending to catch the key. Brittany writes in the caption of the video, "Its safe with…Stay 10 toes down for the reunion this Wednesday 3/13 to see where we’re at."

Why did Brittany Mills and Kenneth Gorham split in 'Love is Blind' Season 6?
Brittany and Kenneth were the first ones to say yes to each other in the show. Sadly, they were the first ones to walk out of the show as well.
Brittany believed that Kenneth did not show enough physical love to her. She said to Kenneth in one of the episodes, "We barely kissed and haven't made out, and for some reason, that just seems really awkward to me." Despite Brittany claiming that she did not feel that there was a craving for physical attraction between them, Kenneth disagreed and said they shouldn't continue the process if she felt so.

Kenneth disagrees with Brittany and believes their current situation is insufficient for marriage. He remarked, "That's not enough for us to get married. It's not enough for us to be like, 'Well, we'll work it out.'" He further added, "This is not going to work. But I do want you to find the person you were actually supposed to be with."
