'The Bachelorette' season 15: Hannah Brown and her men that got away

Though we are happy that Hannah Brown finally made the right decision, she did have better potential suitors who were wholeheartedly vying for her love on the show.
PUBLISHED JUL 31, 2019

The drama was neverending on night two of 'The Bachelorette' season 15 finale.

Hannah Brown ended her journey in Greece engaged, but sadly it didn't last that long. On Monday's night, one finale episode of 'The Bachelorette' season 15 Brown narrowed down her final two to Jed Wyatt and Tyler Cameron.  After introducing her finale two to her family and going on a final one-on-one date with both, on Tuesday night when the series returned its live finale, Brown was ready to give out her final rose.

Though Brown had a small breakdown while she was on her way to her rose ceremony, she was finally ready to hand out her last rose. In the end, she accepted a proposal from none other than Wyatt.

While most of us did not approve of her decision to get engaged to Wyatt, it is a known fact that Brown was unaware of his tricks and not so alleged girlfriend back home. Tuesday's episode also showed us that Brown finally confronted Wyat and ended the engagement between them.

Meanwhile, though we are happy that Brown finally made the right decision, she did have better potential suitors who were wholeheartedly vying for her love on the show. Here is a rundown of Brown's men who got away...

Garrett Powell

Garrett Powell can be considered to be the male version of Brown herself. Hailing from the same state of Alabama like Brown, Powell became a fan favorite early on in the show, and he was one among the few guys who were really into Brown. Powell won hearts of many during his confrontation with Luke Parker. Powell and Brown also went naked bungee jumping according to Lativian tradition. Eliminated right before the hometown dates, Powell was also the first suitor to confess his love for Brown, and it is sad to think that Brown eliminated him, and chose to keep Parker in the competition for a longer time.

John Paul Jones

John Paul Jones was eliminated during week four of 'The Bachelorette' season 15, but it was long enough to make him a fan favorite on the show. While we are all confused why she chose to let someone like JPJ go and keep pot-stirring Parker longer, ultimately it was her decision. But luckily we will get to see JPJ again on 'Bachelor in Paradise'. He was one among the guys who were the life of the party in the mansion.

Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson has been a frontrunner since day one of 'The Bachelorette' season 15. Not just because he is easy on the eyes, but also because he is a real gentleman and a sweetheart who was one amongst the few who stayed out of trouble and was here for the right reasons. We also got to see his vulnerable side when he opened up about his past relationship to Brown. Fans and viewers were crushed to see Brown send Johnson home after she decided that she didn't have feelings for him, and couldn't be the woman he was looking for.

Peter Weber

Peter Weber was one among the finalists in the running for Brown's heart in 'The Bachelorette' season 15. And on Monday night we got to see Brown bid adieu to Weber after she sent him home and chose Wyatt and Cameron as her finalists. Weber was a charming gentleman who didn't open up about his feelings for Brown sooner than we expected. And we don't blame him, obviously. But, it was sad to see him go, especially after Brown revealed they had sex in the windmill not twice, but four times. It was a painful breakup for Weber, but he shared that he doesn't blame Brown for it.

And finally, the man that almost got away...

Tyler Cameron won our hearts not just for his Ken doll looks, but also for the respect he had towards Brown from the start till the end, especially during the Fantasy Suite night. While fans and viewers all hoped that in the end, Brown will get engaged to Cameron, we were all left devastated after she picked Wyatt.

But during Tuesday night's finale, after Brown revealed she is done with Wyatt, Chris Harrison called Cameron on stage, and Brown finally came to her senses and revealed that she still had feelings for him and asked him out on a date, to which Cameron immediately agreed.

Cameron was the guy that almost got away, but Brown caught him before she could lose him, and now we can't see how they take their journey from here and if they will end up together.
