‘Shark Tank’ Season 12: ‘Screaming’ LIFTiD founder gives Kevin O'Leary a headache, fans say they ‘prefer cocaine’

‘Shark Tank’ has seen plenty of crazy products but nothing stands close to LIFTiD Neurostimulation that uses tDCS technology. Developed and designed to put all users in the mindset to boost their brain’s potential through mild electrical stimulation, the product provides a brain training routine to improve focus, productivity, and memory. The website reads: "Use LIFTiD Neurostimulation once a day, for 20 minutes, and realize your potential within, without putting chemical stimulants into your body."

Ken Davidov and Allyson Davidov presented the product on ‘Shark Tank’ and claimed it to be "coffee of the future".  "For healthy individuals, Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) is a safe and effective method to mildly stimulate the brain as an alternative to chemical stimulants such as caffeine, sugar, and performance enhancers," the website reads. 

Asking for $200,000 for a 10% stake, they failed to grab any deal at all. Unimpressed with the product and irked with how Ken kept yelling and yapping away, the Sharks sent him home without anything. Kevin O'Leary even snapped at him and said, "I'm having a headache right now." Fans thought Sharks did the right thing and poked fun at how they would prefer "cocaine" to LIFTiD Neurostimulation. 

"I don't want 'the coffee of the future'. I am so very happy with the coffee of today and don't want to wear a weird-looking headband, sorry. It also doesn't come in a dark roast. #SharkTank," one said and another posted, "I just prefer cocaine. #SharkTank." A third said, "I think I'll stick to caffeine instead of zapping my brain. #SharkTank." A fourth added, "No disrespect to anyone’s products #SharkTank but I’d rather play with a fidget spinner then to zap my brains with lifted."

Moreover, many roasted Ken for yelling on the show. "@ABCSharkTank has been on for so long yet people never seem to study it's all in the sale pitch. Why are the brain people screaming? #SharkTank Stop screaming," one said and another posted, "LifTid, yes this man talked way too much #SharkTank."

‘Shark Tank’ Season 12 Episode 5 premiered on November 13, 2020, from 8 pm ET to 9 pm ET on ABC.
