'American Song Contest' Finale: Fans torn over Ni/Co's performance, call it 'boring' and 'beautiful'

 It's now down to the wire, as 'American Song Contest' enters the grand finale. With 10 artists making it to the finals, this is their make it or break it moment, as the show crowns its winner today. 

Taking on the finals of 'American Song Contest' are -- Connecticut's Michael Bolton, North Dakota's Chloe Fredericks, Texas' Grant Knoche, American Samoa's Tenelle, Tennessee's Tyler Braden, Kentucky's Jordan Smith, Colorado's Riker Lynch, Alabama's Ni/Co, Oklahoma's AleXa and Washington's Allen Stone.

For Ni/Co, the duo felt as though they could feel the pride of the people of Alabama riding on their shoulders and were grateful for their support, which was their driving force to do well and go further in the show. But while they were hopeful, fans weren't on the same page when it came to their performance.

"Ok alabama, this was just absolutely beautiful. they fixed every single mistake in the final performance and it looked MAGICAL. wow i really hope they get a good place tonight #AmericanSongContest" diagreed a fan. "#Alabama Wow love that song by Alabama. The message is strong and the staging of the blue and yellow lights with the middle makes it seems like it is two realms uniting as one." said a fan. "Alabama is a good song elevated by a STELLAR camerawork, plus Colton also sounds way better than he did earlier on. Wow wow wow.
