'American Idol' Top 10: Leah Marlene hailed as 'worldwide superstar' after incredible performance
Leah Marlene's journey on 'American Idol' Season 20 is definitely one for the books. Who would have thought that an eccentric 20-year-old girl from Normal town, Illinois, would emerge as the dark horse on the ABC singing competition?
After consistently impressing judges- Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and the audience, Leah managed to earn a spot on the Top 10 list and fly to Disney World, California, to perform for the Disney Night special on the ABC show. For her Top 10 performance, Leah strategically picked 'When She Loved Me' from 'Toy Story 2'. Though it isn't an easy song to perform to, Leah aced it with her breath-taking and emotionally charged performance.

After watching her on stage, Luke declared that Leah was yet to hit a bad note in the competition, while Katy couldn't stop raving about the youngster's unique story-telling ability through her performance. It wasn't just the judges who couldn't get enough of Leah's performance, fans too loved it.
