An Amber Alert was issued Thursday for two Milwaukee girls aged 4 and 5 and their mother who went missing.

According to the police, 26-year-old Amarah 'Jerica' Banks, Zaniya Ivery, 5, and Camaria Banks, 4, have not been seen since early last Saturday. They were last seen at 5904 N. Sherman Blvd. The police say Banks and her daughters are missing under what is believed to be "suspicious circumstances".

Banks is known to her family and friends as "Jerica" and is described to be around 5 feet tall, weighing around 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Her daughter Zaniya is around 2 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 50 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Zaniya was last seen in a black coat and long-sleeved shirt that had a picture of a male sibling's face on it. Camaria has been described as being around 2 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 50 pounds. She has brown eyes and black braided hair. She was last seen wearing a blue coat with stars on it, a 'Lion King' shirt and a pair of white pants.

The Milwaukee authorities have arrested a man who they believe was last seen with them, Arzel Ivery. According to Banks' family, she and her daughters were last seen after a funeral for Banks' 1-year-old son, Arzel, who had died of natural causes on Friday.

The family had plans to have brunch together on Saturday afternoon. Banks' car was found outside her sisters' house where she had left it. Her sisters said that Banks' had a few glasses of wine and didn't want to drive.

"She's like, 'Meka, don't forget to come get me in the morning.' I said: 'I'll come get you. I'll come get you'. My sister, this not like her. She don't run off, she don't ignore people. No matter what she go through, she gonna reach out to me," one of Banks' sisters, Tameka, shared with ABC News.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call police at 414-935-7405.
