Spoiler ahead of ‘Jack Ryan’ Season 4 Episode 4

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: John Krasinski’s ‘Jack Ryan’ Season 4 premiered with two mind-boggling episodes, leaving viewers thrilled. Now, in week 3, we are on Episode 4 and already past the midway point through the intense final season, as this season will have only six episodes. The storyline centered Jack Ryan, Elizabeth Wright, and James Greer in an action-packed mission, supported by other lead characters such as Domingo Chavez, Cathy Mueller, and Mike November. While the highly anticipated season sees John Krasinski take up his last mission as Jack Ryan, there is quite a bit of screentime devoted to Elizabeth and James too as their friendship and partnership with Jack plays a key role in solving the high-stakes espionage case.

In the fourth episode of ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan’ Season 4, Elizabeth Wright and James Greer get entangled in Jack's mission while getting to the truth. While Elizabeth risks her chances of getting elected as the Director of CIA, James risks his life as he nearly gets killed while chasing after the truth.

James uncovers a big connection

Patrick gets hold of a strong clue connecting Thomas Miller with the hub James spotted in Episode 2. He figures that Southwest Petro, a shell company was used by Miller for the Pluto Operation, is now being run under a different name — Dominic Sanderson in Bethesda. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Wright faces serious backlash from Senator Henshaw who doubts her abilities, faulting her for the risks she overlooks for Jack Ryan. He intends her to step down from the position or to stay away from Jack’s unrealistic missions.

Unexpected revelation by James Greer

After knowing the connection between Miller and Dominic, James Greer travel to Bethesda to pay a visit to Dominic. However, it turns out he’s just a boy who is in coma for the last three years and his name is being used by someone to run the Southwest Petro. Meanwhile, Elizabeth feels edgy after the meeting with Senator Henshaw and his words have a stong impact on her. She visits Osoji to take his advice as she has admired him for his strong outlook.

Back in Bethesda, James visit Dominic in the hospital to realize that he’s been in coma, while Miller’s killer is seen following James. After James suspect that somebody is using Dominic’s name to run Southwest Petro, he calls Patrick while travelling back, however, he gets hit by Miller’s killer. The killer stabs him, but James manages to escape by jumping in the river. Later, Elizabeth visit James in the hospital and he explains to her the baffling connection, admitting that Jack’s source is the only way to get to the truth. He reveals that Myanmar is the main source — all the clues point to it and it’s all running through DC. However, Elizabeth, even if she believes James, can’t help him or Jack as she might risk her chance of becoming the next Director of CIA. Will James be able to dig out more clues and will Elizabeth turn away from Jack and James for her career ambitions? Let's wait for the next episode to find out!
