Amazon Prime Video's hit sports docuseries, 'All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur', premiered Monday, August 31, with three episodes focussing on the English Premier League. With football fans across the globe eagerly waiting to catch the action ahead of the upcoming English Premier season, there were plenty of questions asked about when the next episodes of the docuseries capturing the journey of Jose Mourinho and the team would air on the streamer.

As far as the return of the episodes goes, the good news is, it isn't a long wait. There will be a total of nine episodes in the series that can be expected. While three episodes release on Monday, August 31, September 7 and 14 will see the release of episodes four to six and seven to nine respectively. The three episodes provided by Amazon for review lean more towards the inspirational. The opener is all about the entry of Mourinho and the doubts about the progress of the team. The second and third episodes deal with the psyches of players and the business side of the game as contracts come into the picture. Mercifully, the docuseries doesn't take the cliched route as it outlines the hard truths in a crystal clear manner. The reportage is hard-hitting and is worth the binge.

The season opener focusses purely on Mourinho while the second episode deals with the manager's relationship with Dele Alli. The third episode talks much about Christian Eriksen and the head honcho's attempts to talk to him hoping he would stay. Son's red card incident against Chelsea and his heartbreaking exit gets some screen space as well. There's plenty of promises shown in these three episodes and there's enough room for debate until the 2020-21 season starts later this month.

There's more to the docuseries as it also traces the impact of the coronavirus outbreak on football and Tottenham. While this hasn't been touched upon yet, we can be sure the final part of the series will mostly have a dedicated episode. What are your thoughts on Episodes 1-3 of 'All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur'?

'All or Nothing: Tottenham Hotspur' premieres on Monday, August 31, on Amazon Prime Video.
