Who formed the troupe 'Hakuna Matata Acrobats'?

The troupe 'Hakuna Matata Acrobats' was formed in 2007. Ali began his acrobatic career in Kenya at the age of 8, performing high-level East African-style acrobatics with various groups. His journey took him to Cork, Ireland, where he worked with Circus Vegas and Circus Gerbola. Ali's experiences and skills led him to establish his own acrobatics group, 'Amani Acrobats,' which enjoyed significant success for many years.

Winston Ruddle, also known as Papa Africa, is the mastermind behind this extraordinary circus troupe. A former acrobat himself, Ruddle joined his first circus at the age of 16. After two decades in the business, he decided to transition into management, bringing his vast experience and eye for talent to the forefront. "To be an acrobat, it takes a lot of courage, determination, and practice. Most importantly, you have to love it," says Ruddle to CNN, reflecting on the dedication required for this demanding art form.
