Things are heating up as we near the end of the 'America's Got Talent' auditions. Fans are outraged with the return of 'AGT' vet Sethward, as the show continues to limit broadcast time for notable performances.

This week, 'America's Got Talent' Season 17 returns with a fresh round of unforgettable auditions. And if anything from this show resonates with viewers, it will be the performers who are unabashedly themselves. There was a self-described "sideshow freak" sword-swallower dubbed the "Beetlejuice of side shows", a singer who lives her life as a fairy, and more. The high-stakes antics were plenty in Episode 8, which also saw the return of Sethward. In his third appearance on the show, the comic disguised himself as a large red apple and performed cringe-worthy standup comedy.

'AGT' Season 17: Meet Gina Stahl-Haven, professor and second place winner of San Francisco International Comedy Competition 2019

The Big Apple introduces himself as a New York City stand-up comedian. He goes on to say that he has been doing standup comedy his whole life and that it is who he is at his CORE. He feels he can win the entire competition since he is an apple, and who doesn't love a beautiful, delicious big apple? He goes on to say that the performance will change his life forever. He states that if he won a million dollars, he would donate it to charity since that's what everyone says on the show, but in reality, he would keep it.

Howie wonders whether it's a cherry as he steps onto the stage. He informs the judges that he is on 'AGT' to prove that Apple's Got Talent! Heidi and Howie were quick to give him a red buzzer as soon as he began his act. Sofia gives him another red buzzer, while the audience isn't feeling it either. Everyone from the crowd asks Simon to get him off and give him another red buzzer. He crept out of the apple's mouth clothed as a worm after receiving four rejections from Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Simon Cowell. The rest was complete mayhem. The 'AGT' audience was quick to recognize that it was Sethward all this time. He was a Season 13 novelty act who was eliminated in the audition process. He also returned in Season 14, but was eliminated twice in the audition process. He even came back in Season 16, but was ousted in the Quarterfinals.

He invites Terry to join him after touting himself as an accomplished dancer. Terry tries to pull him off the stage while he executes the worm, shredding his outfit in the process. The audience gasped, and the judges were in complete shock, trying not to see what was happening on the stage.

Fans are confused as to why the producers keep letting him audition: "Why do they keep letting him on this show #AGT." After the network decided to trim down the air time for two female comedians featured in tonight's episode, fans question why Sethward got so much time in the end: "So we spent little time with female comedians they let through, and we waste time on this dumb ass again??? Maybe my dad is right that we should stop watching this show. #AGT."

Another fan questioned why the show doens't give recognition to actual talent: "Why do #AGT producers keep letting this guy on to grab minutes from someone with ACTUAL TALENT?? and ENDING the show, no less?!" One fan called for a ban on Sethward from the show: "they need to ban this guy from auditioning #agt." Another fan wrote: "WHY THE F**K DOES THAT @ $ $ H 0 L E KEEP GETTING AIRTIME ? #AGT". Seeing how he was allowed to continue his act even after four rejections, a fan tweeted: "So apparently the 4 Xs mean nothing.. #AGT."
