‘America’s Got Talent’ season 14 finale preview: Voices of Service and Marcin Patrzalek prove it's going to be a tough night

Here's the list of the eleven performers who are battling for a spot in the finale.
UPDATED SEP 11, 2019

The final round of semi-finals on ‘America’s Got Talent’ saw 11 talented performers put their best foot forward in the hopes of making it to the coveted finale. Judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough and Gabrielle Union had guest judge Queen Latifah join them. The 11 performers had a range of talents from singing to light painting to showcase for the judges and the audience.

Of the 11 performances, 5 of them will be getting to compete in the finals. Three out of the five acts will be chosen based on the highest votes. One act will be saved using the Dunkin Save where fans vote during the episode for their favorite contestant, and the fifth and final act will be chosen by the judges.

Here is a quick run-down of the 11 performers who performed at the semi-finals.

This talented dance troupe has been touted as the frontrunners to win this season for their show-stopping performance featuring some insane back-flips and human pyramid formations. For their semi-final performance, the group decided to go all out by incorporating ladder in their dance. The judges and the audience were left speechless by the group's talent. Queen Latifah appreciated their synchronization while performing the unbelievable acrobatics.

Dom Chambers

Australian magician Dom Chambers was in his element as he performed his magic trick of making "mega-beer" disappear. The mega-beer which was a giant canister of beer containing a whopping 2501 beer bottles, was chugged down by the magician as part of his performance. While the performance by itself wasn't up to the mark, his showmanship and personality won over the judges.

Luke Islam

This young aspiring broadway star has already managed to bag a golden buzzer from Julianne Hough in the past. He performed “Never Enough” from 'The Greatest Showman', and as expected his powerful vocals left everybody in awe, and earned him a standing ovation from the judges.

 Lukas and Falco

This adorable duo was the wildcard entry for the semi-finals. For their semifinal performance, the duo performed various impressive tricks like pushups, skateboarding and ended with Falco adorably shaking hands with Simon. Although Howie was underwhelmed by the act, Simon disagreed with Howie, and revealed that he loved it. We have to wait and watch to see if this adorable duo manages to make it to the finals.

Chris Klafford
Chris Klafford decided to perform his original song for the semi-finals. While Queen Latifah and Julianne expressed their appreciation of Chris's performance, Simon and Howie didn't look too impressed.

Detroit Youth Choir

This choir group from Detroit managed to win the Golden Buzzer from host Terry Crews. They have managed to wow the judges and audience alike with their versatility and talent. They performed Panic's "High Hopes" with their own spin to it. They had some free-style rap and dancing to go with the vocals. The judges and audience enjoyed the group's incredible performance.

 Alex Dowis

Light painter Alex Dowis paid an emotional tribute to the first respondents by painting a beautiful story. There was not a dry eye in the room, as the emotional tribute left everybody in tears. The judges appreciated his art and talent.

Marcin Patrzalek

This young Polish guitarist performed his version of Ed Sheeran's 'Shape of You' on his guitar. Last time, in the quarterfinals Marcin didn't receive positive feedback from the judges, but this time all the judges appreciated his incredible guitar skills, with Simon remarking that Marcin was like a "sheep turning into a wolf."

Emanne Beasha

The youngest performer from the lineup, ten-year-old Emanne blew everybody with her opera. The judges found it hard to find words to describe the powerful vocals the young performer has been gifted with.

Ryan Niemiller

Ryan Niemiller is a stand-up comedian who has captivated the viewers and judges with his act right from his audition. For the semi-finals, he decided to do a set on his "dumb decision" to drive across the country to perform on the show. He shared his observations and left audience and judges in splits.

The quartet of army veterans took to the AGT stage with their version of One Republic's 'Choke'. Simon labeled their performance as the “most outstanding” vocal they’ve given throughout the series and said they deserve to make the finale.
