ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Charlie Croker's (Jeff Daniels) financial troubles don't seem to end anytime soon in 'A Man in Full', streaming on Netflix. After receiving the final ultimatum to pay back his loan worth $800 million, Charlie struggles to remain relevant and afloat.

In Episode 3 of 'A Man in Full', PlannersBanc seized Charlie's plane while humiliating him in front of his family and potential investor. This didn't go well with Charlie, who could now go to any lengths to keep PlannersBanc at bay.

In 'A Man in Full' Episode 4, Roger White (Aml Ameen) arranges a meeting between Charlie and Mayor Wes Jordan (William Jackson Harper). They both could help each other get out of their immediate troubles.

Wes finds his position as a Mayor endangered with the strong candidature of Norman Bagovitch (John Lacy). And therefore, he asks Charlie to help him find the woman who was raped by Norman many years ago.

In return, Wes offers to help mitigate his financial burden by making Plannersbanc to restructure his loan.

Charlie, Norman and Joyce Newman (Lucy Liu) were friends when they were young. Charlie porbably knows that Norman assaulted Joyce twenty-five years ago. And therefore, he approaches Joyce and asks her to come forward about the assault.

Is Joyce Newman hiding something in 'A Man in Full'?

During the meeting, Joyce refuses being raped by Norman. Instead, she claims that she had a consensual relationship with Norman. However, in the final scenes, we see her secretly meeting Norman.

As a viewer it seems that although Joyce has denied the allegations against Norman, she is definitely hiding something crucial.

We can speculate that Norman is guilty of rape and has escaped his wrong-doings owing to his American white male privileges and economical and political power in the state. He might have paid off Joyce to keep silent about what happened between both.

In the next episode, it would be interesting to see if Charlie gives up Wes' proposal or pursues it to expose Norman and ultimately save himself from going bankrupt.

'A Man in Full' is now streaming on Netflix.
