Plot
Allison Winters was just beginning to celebrate her husband's employment into one of the universities when he collapses on the ground and later passes away at the hospital due to a heart attack. In his last hours, he broke it to his family that he had been keeping his mistress and love-child a secret from them and with him gone, wished Allison would take care of them.
The grieving widow stayed true to her promise but something changed as the new family moved in. With time it felt as though the mistress was trying to take over the house and take control of the lives of the family members.
Upon figuring it out, Allison seeks the help of her friend who assists her in finding out about the mistress' true intentions. But, in the trailer, we are told they won't get to the core of it without a few people getting killed.
It's a perfect blend of thriller and drama that follows the life of Allison and her daughter and how they are able to overcome challenges together.
