'90 Day Fiancé Pillow Talk': Dean Hashim claims Tim Malcolm won't accept an apology for his 'transgender' comment because he wants publicity

Dean addressed the issue of not appearing on the show anymore. He made it clear that the reason behind him leaving the show was not due to the comments that were made by him.

Tarik Myers and Dean Hashim have been absent from '90 Day Fiancé' Pillow Talk' for a while now and it made fans wonders what went wrong. Some of them thought that the duo was fired from the show after Dean made a comment about fellow cast member, Tim Malcolm being gay or transgender during his appearance on one of the podcasts.

However, Dean has now come forward and tried to clear the air by sharing his side of the story. Appearing on the Domenick Nati Show, Dean addressed the issue of not appearing on the show anymore. He made it clear that the reason behind him leaving the show was not due to the comments that were made by him.

Dean confessed that it wasn't his intention to hurt him or anyone else for that matter. "I want to apologize to anybody, not just Tim but anybody who was offended by that," he said. "It was not done in a mean way. I am a comedian and I joke and that's all it was. I was joking and I went all crazy."

Dean added that Tim's girlfriend also asked him the same question but she did not face any backlash for it like he did. He further revealed that he had made attempts to talk to Tim about the incident but all of them failed. Dean confessed that he had called Tim but he did not pick up his call.

"I guess it's publicity for him if people are feeling sorry for him and feeling like he's the victim," he said. He further added that he had also posted a comment on his Instagram which he is not sure if he has deleted. Regardless of that, Dean said that he had taken a screenshot in case Tim happened to delete it.

While Dean will not be coming on the 'Pillow Talk' anymore he assured his fans that this was not the end for him on TLC, hinting that we might see more of him soon.
