'90 Day Fiance': Is Stephanie paying boyfriend Ryan's salary? Fans shocked at how 'she's getting played'

Just when you thought Stephanie Davison and Ryan Carr's story couldn't get more complicated, she drops the newest truth bomb

With the latest episode of '90 Day Fiancé' airing, viewers get a glimpse at what the couples have been up to since the last episode and let's just say, the suspense is high for some. One of the most dramatic couples of the season has to be Stephanie Davison and Ryan Carr. Stephanie recently revealed that she suspects Ryan of cheating on her, but that's not all. She has also slept with Ryan's cousin, Harris, while they were dating.

In this episode, Stephanie breaks the news to her cousins Ryanne and Shannon that she intends on getting engaged to Ryan, her 25-year-old boyfriend, as soon as Belize opens its borders. Her cousins are against the idea, seeing that there's a good chance he's marrying her for her money. Stephanie's medical assistant and long time friend Pam seems to feel the same way too. It's here we find out that Stephanie has been pumping a lot of money into Ryan's pockets, seeing that she's been helping him financially for a while. But now, during the pandemic, the whole family seems to be cashing in on Stephanie's blind generosity, with her sending over anything between $500 to $13,000 a month.

Stephanie shares that she's essentially paying for rent and food. To which Ryanne asks what seems like the obvious question — Ryan already has a job at a resort, so why is Stephanie helping out? It's here that Stephanie drops a bomb — she knows the owner of the said resort and got Ryan that job. But since no one is working, she pays his wages. Turns out, Ryan doesn't know that. Stephanie is trying to protect his self-esteem by allowing him to think he's providing for his family. This does nothing more but add another really big secret to their relationship and fans were quick to comment on the chaos. 

One user pointed out the inevitable future for the couple. "If Stephanie is ready and willing to pay this much when Ryan isn't even in the US. How much is she willing to pay when he comes to the US? I hope she's prepared to take care of his family for the rest of her life, even if they divorce. #90DayFiance."

Another pointed out the fairly obvious. "Stephanie.... baby... you hook up with your mans cousin and then get the whole family a job at a resort AND send the owner money to pay the wages AND send him additional money AND send him gifts??? Girl... your ass is getting played. #90DayFiance."

Stephanie's cousin's reactions didn't go unnoticed, as one user pointed out. "Stephanie: I’m giving money to Ryan’s entire family and I’m paying his working wage Also Stephanie: but I’m not his sugar mama Stephanie’s cousins: #90DayFiance @TLC."

One user spoke about how Stephanie's storyline keeps getting complicated. "I'm speechless. When you think Stephanie's storyline can't get more interesting she drops another bomb! Where did they find this lady and she's made for reality TV? #90DayFiance."

Another spoke about just how well Ryan managed to finesse her. "This Ryan guy got to teach a class. He got Stephanie paying for gifts, getting her own ring, giving him paychecks out her own pockets, and she paying for food, bills, and rent for his family?! Yeah he won. #90DayFiance." 

Another pointed out just what their relationship actually is. "@rj1975 @carrieleelily Stephanie's doling out lots of money to her Belize boy toy and supporting his family. This looks less like romance and more like reparations. She's giving just about as much foreign aid as the US government. #90DayFiance."

For now, the couple's relationship seems increasingly chaotic and viewers have no idea what to expect next, either way its sure to be interesting.
