'90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?' Season 7 episode 1: Jovi Dufren berates Yara Zaya for going out while he babysits

Fans feel that Yara’s friends are 'going to talk her into a divorce,' while Jovi fears his wife is around bad influence

DALLAS, TEXAS: In the Season 7 premiere of '90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?', fan favorites Yara Zaya and Jovi Dufren clash over her recent life choices. The changes make him nervous, forcing him to doubt her and their relationship, and fans believe his concerns are valid.

Jovi's job as an ROV supervisor in underwater robotics takes him away from home 50 percent of the time. When he arrives home, he is disappointed to learn that his wife has plans to spend the evening with her new acquaintances. The '90 Day Fiancé' star dresses up for her night out, and he attempts to persuade her to stay at home with him and their baby Mylah Dufren. Yara, on the other hand, is not keen on spending another night at home. Rather, she informs her husband that she wants to join her pals for a few drinks and adult chat. Her husband, on the other hand, does not like it and seeks to shame her.

Jovi expresses his dissatisfaction with Yara and says that he is on the road for 30 days at a time. When he returns, he wants to spend time with her and their kid. Yara, on the other hand, informs him that she is at home with simply their kid and wants some alone time. The '90 Day Fiancé' pair is at odds. So, Jovi starts hitting harder with his words. He claims he misses the good times they used to have. Her spouse claims that they used to go out a lot and have the nicest times. When he gets home, he claims he feels like a babysitter since she wants to leave him with the kid.

Yara becomes agitated, but she holds her stance. And she reminds Jovi of all the times he was away from her when she was pregnant or on the road. His wife informs him that it is now her turn to enjoy life as well. And her husband continues to inform her that he dislikes her new pals. He believes they persuade her to act and do things he dislikes. Jovi advises his wife to enjoy the night on her own. He'll have fun with Mylah without her. However, he cautions her not to make this a habit.

Despite Jovi's part in getting her to feel bad, the '90 Day Fiancé' wife continues to leave the house to spend out with her friends. This makes him perplexed, envious, and anxious. He no longer has the same hold over Zaya that he previously did. He reveals during his confessional that their lives have altered since becoming parents. Furthermore, he admits that the change in their relationship bothers him. He claims to miss her. It bothers him that he and his wife no longer make an effort to spend time together. It is also highly alarming, according to Yara's husband. The TLC '90 Day Fiancé' star claims that if it hadn't been for their kid, he believes the couple would have separated by now.

During the night out, Yara's friends kept reminding her how beautiful she is and how she could find someone better than Jovi. Yara also tells her pals about how Jovi makes her feel insecure in her own body. Fans on social media are divided, with some believing Jovi was correct about Yara's friends being a negative influence on her and affecting their marriage. However, some fans are furious with Jovi for making his wife feel conscious about her body.
