Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi have been wanting to have a child of their own for a long time but due to her age, the possibility of that happening seemed dim. Despite this, Angela had a little beam of happiness when she started getting her periods. Angela wondered if it was a sign that she could get pregnant again.

To make sure it was nothing serious, Angela booked an appointment with the doctor. Angela revealed she has not had a period in three years and was surprised when she started menstruating again. The doctor told her that it might be a problematic situation as she should not have had her period if she was going through menopause. Angela revealed she had gone to a fertility clinic to check if she has any eggs left and they told her that she had one left. However, the doctor said that it sounds like she might have an ovarian cyst. Angela was not happy to hear this and was worried about what it would mean when it comes to getting pregnant.

The doctor decided to do an ultrasound to find out what might be the reason for her getting her period again. While checking, the doctor asked Angela if she has had fibroid. Angela said that she wasn't aware of it even if she had one. The doctor examined and found out that Angela did not have any eggs at the moment. She explained that when a woman gets older, the eggs shrink. Angela was not pleased to hear this. The doctor told her she won't be able to conceive as her uterus had been a bit larger due to the fibroids. However, another worrying news that the doctor told Angela was how she might have uterus cancer.

The doctor explained that when a woman is going through menopause and has bleeding, there are chances it is a sign of uterus cancer. Angela was not happy to hear this and wondered what it meant for her and Michael Ilesanmi Michael, considering she had wanted to welcome a baby but now the chances seemed dim. The doctor said that Angela would be able to get pregnant through IVF and a donor egg. While Angela was struggling with her emotions after hearing about cancer, she confessed that she also worried about her mother. Angela's mother had been battling pneumonia and Angela feared she would not get well soon. With her cancer scare and her mother not feeling well, Angela faced mixed emotions and wondered what the future had lined out for her.

'90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?' airs on Sundays at 8 pm ET on TLC.
