'90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days' fans say Ximena's mom is coaxing Mike to 'save family funds'

Mike turned to Ximena's mom for advice and fans thinks she only has her family's best interest at heart

For the couples of '90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days', it looks like there is no way of telling how their relationship will pan out. None of the couples currently seem to have it in the bag, as the fights between them seem to go from bad to worse. And for some, it looks like they've hit a breaking point.

For Mike and Ximena, it's been a surprise that the couple is still together. Friends and family time have warned Mike and over that Ximena is using him. However, he seems to turn a blind eye to it all.

Mike and Ximena seem to be truly struggling to fix their relationship. After Nelcy told him to leave, Mike decided to stay back, seeing that Ximena convinced him to give them another chance. However, Ximena has been more distant than ever. When her mother Derly asked about her relationship, she started to talk about how Mike was weird, how he stared at her and had bad habits in general. Derly argued that she needs to make more of an effort, much to Ximena's dismay. Mike later sat down with Derly to talk about what he should do, seeing that Ximena was cold to him and even had him sleeping in a different room. Derly told him that he should be patient, seeing that this is the first serious relationship that Ximena has ever had.

Some fans believed that Derly had her daughter's best interest at heart, seeing that she wanted Ximena to mend her old ways. However, others felt as though she was convincing Mike to stay because she was also using him for his money and nothing else.
