For Usman Umar of '90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days', his run on the franchise has been drama-filled right from the get-go. When he was previously in a relationship with Lisa Hamm, also known as Baby Girl Lisa, the couple were constantly fighting and dealing with a plethora of issues. Unfortunately for him, it looks like the drama isn't over yet, as he tries to navigate a new relationship with Kimberly Menzies.

Usman invited Kimberly to join him in Tanzania as he was shooting a music video. Kim, who started out as a fan and hoped to become something more, has been at Usman's beck and call and even showered him with expensive gifts. However, Usman has been adamant about their relationship status as it is something he wants to take slow and is not yet ready to be her boyfriend without being sure. Kimberly patience seems to be running thin.

After much coaxing, Kim finally convinced Usman to spend the night in her room. Although reluctant, he gave in but was rather clear that nothing sexual would take place between them. After the initial night, Usman decided to move into Kimberly's room. His managers were not thrilled at the idea, but he explained that Kim's loyalty was something he cherished even though it wasn't physical attraction. Kim was more than happy to have him in her room, but fans were uncomfortable watching the exchange.

Although they had discussed not having sex since they were taking things slow, Kim was upset when Usman reinforced the idea. The two even got into a massive argument over the same, with Kim insistent on getting intimate. Fans wondered what would have been the case had their roles been reversed.
