'90 Day Fiancé': Are Andrew Kenton and Amira Lollysa still together? Couple's Whatsapp chats have all the clues
Andrew Kenton and Amira Lollysa's love story has come to a tragic halt. Are they still dating after ''90 Day Fiancé'? From the looks of it, no. The couple met online and dated briefly before making a trip to Las Vegas, where he proposed. Shortly after, her K-1 visa was approved, which meant she could now travel to the USA and stay with him. But those dreams were crushed by the pandemic. At the time, the USA placed a ban on Euro travel, temporarily putting the couple's plans on hold but Andrew was able to find a loophole based on which they could still be together if they played smart.
The idea was to have both of them travel to Mexico, self-quarantine for 14 days and then head to the USA together. Unfortunately for the pair, Amira was detained on arrival and later, deported. The entire experience was harrowing for her more than it was for Andrew, who made a few calls and before he knew it, the love of his life was back in France.
Andrew was heavily criticized by viewers online who thought he didn't make enough efforts to salvage the situation. We saw him make as many as two calls but since he didn't know any Spanish, Andrew was unable to communicate his issue to the official let alone look for Amira and find out if she was doing okay. But that excuse didn't fly with the fans, who were of the opinion that he should have hired a translator.
After the episode aired, Andrew took to his Instagram to share screengrabs of his and Amira's personal chats on Whatsapp to prove that it was indeed her who had made plans to visit him in Mexico. "Choose who you want to believe — I’ve shown you actual evidence in these texts, and it’s laughable if you just want to ignore what is written on an official government document," he wrote on his stories and added that his integrity was worth more than a "silly" TV show. He even accused Amira of being a "fame-hungry liar" in one of his posts.
