In the recent preview, things got even more serious between Vanessa and Tina as she decided to not have surgery. Tina admitted in the preview, "I don't need Vanessa's screaming at me or pointing fingers at me or making this about her." However, when Vanessa asked what happened, Tina explained, "I tried. I really wanted to go through with it. I did everything I was supposed to do it and I just couldn't go out the door."
Vanessa was provoked by Tina's decision and shared her own life-changing journey to encourage Tina. Vanessa said, "When I had surgery Tina, it saved my life... my genuine life has changed because I made a direct choice to completely change my life. This was the decision you made and you came to us." Tina then emphasized that she wanted to have the surgery but she couldn't.
Vanessa brutely slammed Tina after she said that she had shed 500 pounds. However, Tina explained that she just cannot take the risk of surgery. However, Vanessa got emotional and said, "Do you realize how devastating it can be for Ashley? She wanted to do everything with you."
Fans cannot pick a side
Soon after, netizens gave their own take about the row. A person commented on TLC's Instagram post, "A person always has the right to change their mind...respect that." Another social media user said, "I agree everyone has a right to change their mind, really hours before, when someone who really wanted it could of taken her place…. Just sad!! Hope she get help!!" Don't force the person to do such a drastic thing if deep down inside they don't feel the filling to do it. She may have reasons, and what do you care if she changes her mind. If you push her to do it and something happens to her, it will be your fault for pushing her to do something she didn't want to. So respect people's choices, nothing happens for nothing in life."
