She revealed that it took three years to complete the shooting of the upcoming Netflix show.

Netflix's 'Owning Manhattan' star Jessica Markowski join Ryan Serhant's team in 2022. Jess was working at Compass when Ryan approached her to join his team as 'co-star' on the Netflix show. In a recent interview, Ryan reflected on hiring Jess and called her a "crucial part of our team and the show."
Ryan also shared that his "company is more forward-thinking and younger than the traditional brokerage. We sell top-of-funnel through content, and we have our own in-house production company." Meanwhile, Jess called working with Ryan and on the Netflix show "experience of a lifetime and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!"
