LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Boys' just dropped the first 3 episodes for Season 4 on Prime Video on Thursday, June 13 where the fans were introduced to a new Supe, Sister Sage (Susan Heyward).

In 'The Boys', Homelander (Antony Starr) searches for a new member of The Seven. Ashley initially brushes off Sister Sage, but Homelander decides to meet her.

Sage is Earth's most intelligent being, with her power solely in her mind. She's a strategic genius who prefers being called Sage, but Vought added 'Sister' to her name.

In Episode 2, Sister Sage offers Homelander her assistance in building a legacy for his son and shaping the world to his liking. Impressed, Homelander brings her into The Seven as his advisor.

Fans hail Sister Sage for her fearless and sarcastic personality

Even though Sister Sage is a recent addition to this season of 'The Boys', she has already captivated not only Homelander but also the show's fans, who have been cheering for her right from the start.

A Redditor who's obsessed with the character drew a fanart of hers and shared it online with the caption, "I am already so entirely obsessed with Sage’s character. Her entire attitude has me hooked, I’m so fascinated by her manipulations. I can’t wait to see what they do with her."

Many fans took to X to show love to the newest member of The Seven, with one saying, "Sister sage is already one of my new favorite characters In TheBoys just two episodes in," while another wrote, "She was cooking."

Many fans appreciated her chill, yet confident personality, with one of them writing, "The way Sister Sage just isn’t afraid of Homelander…. Yeah this is a mother I’m sorry." "Her instantly not backing down to Homelander was great," wrote an impressed fan.

One fan commented, "I love her sarcasm and directness lol, while another said, "I loved how she gave herself lobotomy in order to be happy and chill."

A fan, agreeing to the above comments said, "Agreed, Sage has been owning everyone on the show and it’s not forced. It is incredible how a well written character can easily win over a fan base. Because of the Acolyte, I wasn’t expecting much, but after the 2nd episode I’m very interested where this goes."

Fans have quickly embraced Sister Sage in 'The Boys', drawn to her intelligence and strategic prowess. Her captivating presence and impact on the storyline have made her a beloved character among viewers, solidifying her place in the hearts of fans of the show.

However, there are still some who dislike the show and haven't embraced it as enthusiastically as others.

Fans take a dig at 'The Boys' for being a 'boring' and 'mid' show

Some fans are not as thrilled as the others for this Season of 'The Boys'. One user took to X to share his 2 cents and tweeted, "Idk if it’s just me but this season feels a lil off to me. It’s getting dragged unnecessarily, while another wrote, "Iconic!!! But a little boring."

When asked if it was a good series, one user wrote, "Not anymore. They've ruined it." The same user on another comment replied, "They've ruined Frenchie."

Few others even called the show mid as they thought it had not exceeded the expectations set by the previous seasons. One said, "Mid ahh show," while another simply wrote, "MID!"
