Episode 7 of 'The Atypical Family' throws a curveball at viewers, leaving Gwi-ju and Da-Hae's relationship in balance. Despite Da-hae's confession of being a con artist, the episode reveals more complexities to their situation.

The episode shows a glimpse into the future. When Gwi-ju goes to pick up I-na (Park So-yi), his future self mysteriously appears before Da-hae. This future Gwi-ju warns Da-hae that I-na is in danger, leaving viewers to wonder about the nature of this future threat and Gwi-ju's ability to travel through time selectively.
