'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 10 Finale: Fans switch to Team Rinna after Denise is caught lying

The finale episode of Season 10 featured Denise ghosting on all housewives as she feared that attending any of the parties hosted by the fellow housewives could possibly mean a run-in into Brandi

The beginning of Season 10 of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' saw fans rooting strongly for Denise Richards. When rumors of Brandi Glanville and the 'Wild Things' actress' affair rumors began spreading, everybody was convinced that Brandi was lying, and stood by Denise. But as the season progressed, fans began wondering if Denise was lying and if there was any truth to Brandi's claims of their affair.

The finale episode of Season 10 featured Denise ghosting on all the housewives as she feared that attending any of the parties or events hosted by the fellow housewives could possibly mean a run-in into Brandi, and in Denise's words she wanted to avoid that "Jerry Springer" style moment, so she decided to lay low. But in order to lay low, and avoid facing Brandi, Denise resorted to lying heavily. When Dorit Kemsley threw a party and invited all the housewives, Denise offended everybody by never turning up to the party without any information. Her husband, Aaron Phypers, simply messaged the producers saying Denise couldn't make it due to a family emergency.

A day after the party, Denise sent a text to Dorit saying she was sorry that she couldn't make it to the party, without giving any explanation for her absence. Later we see Denise reaching out to Lisa Rinna to try and talk to her. The ladies meet up, and Denise questions Rinna if she knew that Brandi was going to be at Dorit's party. When Rinna says she honestly had no idea about it, Denise admits that she already knew Brandi would be there so she avoided the party. When Rinna heard that, she realizes that Denise had lied about her family emergency and confronts her about it. Denise admits that it wasn't true, and explains that she is handling the situation with Brandi.

When Rinna asks Denise how, she refuses to answer it. Then Rinna asks if she sent a cease and desist notice. On hearing that Denise is taken by surprise and asks Rinna about how she knows it. Rinna just smirks and points out how Denise is getting angry. After fans watched the exchange between Denise and Rinna, they began taking Rinna's side and were unhappy with the lies that Denise was weaving.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 10 reunion airs on Wednesday, September 2, at 9/8c only on Bravo.
