What is the plot of 'Down the Rabbit Hole' aka 'Fiesta en la madriguera'?

Tochtli (Miguel Valverde Uribe) is a boy with a peculiar set of interests, including hats, dictionaries, samurais, guillotines, and all things French. His latest obsession is acquiring a new addition to his private zoo: a Namibian pygmy hippo.
