CLEVELAND, OHIO: Yano Anaya, a former child star best remembered for his part in the 1983 holiday classic 'A Christmas Story', is not permitted to enter the Cleveland home where the film was shot. On November 15, as Yano, who portrayed Grover Dill in the 1983 movie, was clicking pictures in front of the house, Brain Jones asked the actor to vacate his property.

Brian and Yano finally meet with the homeowner accusing the actor of being a scammer, a loser, and a "piece of s**t," and saying Yano has screwed him over. “Get the f**k out! Leave, now,” Jones is heard saying in the clip. “Get away from my property. Don’t ever come here again. Never, ever again! Leave now!”

“You are such a scammer,” Jones added. “You’re trying to get people to donate for stuff? What is wrong with you? You know how much you f***** me over? You have no f*****g idea! You are such a piece of s***!” Yano said to Jones, "Why don't you talk to me about it and we can fix it," in an effort to defuse the situation.

Emmanuel Soba, Yano's business partner, claims they don't know why the homeowner was so angry. He asserts that the actor called Brian the day before the incident and reports that they had a wonderful talk. Additionally, they claim that Brian told them he would be willing to sell the house to their group and that Brian's outburst caught them off guard, as per reports from TMZ

MEAWW earlier reported, the Facebook page for the museum and landmark states that Ralphie's home from the 1983 film 'A Christmas Story' is currently for sale. The adjacent properties to the house, totaling 1.3 acres, are also included in the sale.

What is the property's future, and why are the owners selling? It's a perfect time, says Chad Whitmer of Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate. “It’s just the right time. They’ve done a lot of work here. They’ve turned this into something special. It’s a family that owns it and they’re just looking for new opportunities to move on and they’re hoping somebody comes along takes this, creates it, and turns it into something even more special, and makes it an even greater destination for people visiting Cleveland.”

Jones has since apologized for his actions in a statement to TMZ, "I apologize for the way I expressed myself; however, it was out of concern that fans could be misled into contributing to a GoFundMe campaign that will not result in the purchase of the house." Brian went on to say, "I have no association with any GoFundMe campaign. I am not selling the house through Go Fund Me, so fans should not contribute to that fund under false pretenses, thinking their money is going toward buying the house. I am entertaining offers only from qualified buyers through my real estate broker."
