'You're not grown yet': 'Family Karma' star Monica Vaswani slams Rish Karam for not telling the truth
MIAMI, FLORIDA: In 'Family Karma' Season 3's recently released episode 'Bros Before Booze' it seemed that Monica Vaswani believed that her boyfriend Rish Karam was not "cheating on her". But, does she believe the same in her real life? It seems not. As soon as the episode ended, Monica once again took to social media to slam Rish in her skeptical post.
Monica shared on Instagram a post saying, "If you can't communicate, apologize or tell the truth... Then You're not grown yet." This Instagram story clearly pointed fingers at Rish. 'Family Karma' Season 3 star further indirectly slammed Rish by sharing a clip on her social media where Rish is seen playing with words while explaining why he withholds the truth from Monica. In the previous live videos, we have seen Monica clearly stating that she was blindsided by her then-boyfriend Rish. Previously, she opened up about getting heartbroken. Well, Monica once again backlashed Rish for his immature nature. The last episode of 'Family Karma' ended on a cliffhanger showing that Rish was about to confess something to Monica. It was pretty obvious that he wasn't about to talk about the "cheating" rumor.
What Rish confessed to Monica was why he lied to her about Brian Benni not telling him about the situation. Rish confessed to Monica in the recently released episode, "He told me everything last week." When asked by the producers why he lied about the timeline of Brian telling him about the "cheating rumor," Rish claimed, "I didn't know it was public knowledge. I didn't know that Monica knew. I didn't know. So, she really caught me off guard when she said Amrit and Nicholas said Brian told you a week ago." Rish further explained to Monica why he didn't confess to Brian informing him about the situation. Well, it seemed instead of clearing the air, Rish created more confusion.
Rish stated in the 'Bros Before Booze' episode that Brian made him swear and asked him to not tell anyone that he spilled the "cheating rumor" news. Rish added, "But then he told everybody that he told me but he didn't tell me that he told everybody that he told me any insight as to why he would tell me not to tell everybody but then tell the entire group that he told me and not tell me that he told the entire group that he told me." Monica acted confused after Rish confused her with his words. She further uploaded this video on Instagram that had a caption saying, "Had to watch this 10X before I even remotely understood what he was saying..."
Well, it seemed even after clearly seeing Rish lie to her, Monica chose to stand by his side in the show. She asked Rish whether he has kept anything else a secret from her. To this, Rish replied, "nothing at all." Monica then stated that she trusts her boyfriend, saying, "In my heart of hearts I do not believe that Rish cheated on me but having him withhold this piece of information from me I don't think that that's the best foundation for trust." She, therefore, added that she will allow Rish time to prove himself.
'Family Karma' Season 3 Episode 7 will further show whether Monica and Rish will make things work or not. The official synopsis of Episode 7 'The Dysfunction Dinner' states, "Vishal must shape up to save his marriage to Richa; a family dinner with their mums gets awkward; Monica questions Rish's lack of commitment; Avni hits the brakes on her flirtation with Brian."
'Family Karma' Season 3 Episode 7 will release on December 18 at 9/8c on Bravo.
