ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA: On Saturday, February 18, a woman jumped to death from a parking structure in Disneyland. The woman was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead later. Anaheim Police Department Sgt John McClintock said that the police arrived after someone reported the incident that happened at the Mickey and Friends parking structure.
California's Mickey and Friends parking structure was opened in 2001 and was the largest in the state at that time. Several people have died in there since. In 2010, Ghassan Trabulsi of Monrovia was found dead inside the parking structure, in 2012 a 23-year-old man died by suicide there and another was discovered dead in 2016. The latest incident happened in December 2022.

Chris Christensen killed himself in same place
In December 2022, Christensen, 51, jumped to death from the structure. According to NBC Los Angeles, he was an elementary school principal in California's Huntington Beach and was reportedly facing child endangerment accusations. He was arrested in November the same year, for "suspicion of misdemeanor child endangerment and battery." He denied the charges against him in a Facebook post on December 3. He wrote in the post, “I hate when people leave this Earth with so many unanswered questions. So, I hope this provides some insight and perspective," adding, “I am on the brink of losing my job. So, here I am…writing my final FB post to all of you. I need you all to know that a gentle, kind, loving and sincerely good man has been destroyed by one unfortunate night.”
'Coincidence or Serial killer?'
Many people have reacted to the news on social media. One person said, "Didn’t that happen in December?" Another one said, "This is the 2nd incident on the same parking structure. Life is hard these days."
