During the performances, Sam M exuded confidence, while Devin delivered an impressive show. Sam M and Thomas N criticized Sam N's remarks, but Devin defended him. This defense led to further conflict between Devin, Thomas N, and Sam M.

According to his ABC bio, Sam McKinney is a contractor from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Born in January 1997, he will be 27 years old during the filming of 'The Bachelorette' in 2024. His LinkedIn profile shows that he works for McKinney Custom Builders, a family-run business.

Sam was listed on the Wofford football team's roster for 2015 and planned to major in pre-engineering at the time. As a native of South Carolina, he spent most of his life there and revealed that he had never visited the West Coast before moving to film 'The Bachelorette.'
