LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League' judges, including Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and Mel B, share a great rapport, and the fantastic four have entertained their fans during the NBC spin-off show.

In a confessional from the grand finale of the reality show, Heidi said, "I love mentoring. I always have amazing ideas. They are amazing to me."

Shortly thereafter, Heidi and Howie divulged the details of Simon's mentoring sessions, comparing them to casual playdates. They discussed how Simon had invited his chosen dream team to his residence for mentoring, excluding Heidi and Howie due to their status as competitors in the competition.

Howie Mandel said, "Simon's mentoring it's like playdates cause everybody had to go to his house to get mentoring. You come to me."

Then, Heidi chimed in, and said, "How come we have never been invited?" Howie asked, "To his house?"

Heidi said, "For a playdate." She added, "It's because we are competitors."

Are Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel good friends?

During his appearance on 'The Jennifer Hudson Show', Mandel was questioned about his experience collaborating with Simon Cowell. Mandel expressed his genuine fondness for working with Cowell, but he also acknowledged that they occasionally encounter differences.

Given Cowell's strong-willed nature and firm opinions, it can prove challenging to consistently align with his perspectives.

Furthermore, Mandel highlighted the importance of their shared passion for discovering and nurturing talent. Both judges strive to provide aspiring performers with the support and guidance they need to succeed in the entertainment industry.

Mandel expressed his admiration for Cowell's keen eye for spotting potential stars, acknowledging the invaluable role he plays in shaping the show's roster of talent.

Despite their differences and occasional clashes, Mandel and Cowell's partnership on 'America's Got Talent' continues to captivate audiences worldwide. Their unique blend of humor, honesty, and expertise has undoubtedly played a significant role in the show's enduring success.

The comedian admires Cowell's blunt and straightforward approach, recognizing it as an integral aspect of the show's success. Mandel appreciates Cowell's ability to cut to the chase and provide honest feedback to contestants, even if it may be harsh at times.

According to Mandel, this unfiltered approach helps the contestants grow and improve, ultimately pushing them to reach their full potential.

While having a chat with NBC, Howie talked about his fellow judges and said, “There are people that are sitting around every Tuesday and Wednesday night, or even online, sitting with their friends on a couch, just viewing this, and saying, ‘Look at this, and watch this.'"

Howie went on to say, “I don’t feel like I show up at work; I feel like I’m sitting on the couch with a bunch of my friends, just saying what I think. And that comfort allows me just to be honest and real.”
