Who won 'Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing' Season 1?
Waz Addy won 'Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing' Season 1, surpassing Steven Lee Hall Jr, Dan Link, Jeff Zausch, and Gary Golding. He achieved the first-ever perfect 10.0 PSR and earned a remarkable $100,000 cash prize for his performance in the challenge!
He was one of five men who survived over 45 days in the forest, completely self-sufficient and without clothing. Steven, Jeff, and Gary were eliminated within the first two hours, leaving only Waz and Dan standing.
Waz won multiple challenges during the 2023 season, with many attributing his victory to his strategy of laying coals under each fire point. Dan was still descending the mountain to his extraction site when Waz claimed the crown.
Jeff Zausch returns to 'Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing' Season 2 to seek revenge
Jeff is gearing up for redemption! Following his challenging experience in the first season of 'Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing', he's making a comeback for Season 2. Jeff shared the news on Instagram on July 14, announcing his return to the cast of 'Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing' Season 2.
"Revenge tour starts in 3…2…1," he wrote. "We all saw how season one turned out…this time there’s no room for mean girls and EVERYONE must come to play!!" he continued. "THIS IS WHAT I LIVE FOR RIGHT NOW!!!"
Jeff was a significant (and polarizing) figure in the first season of the 'Naked and Afraid' spinoff. He entered the competition determined to win, regardless of who he had to walk on to do it.
Despite his aggressive competition style and conflicts with other contestants, the Idaho survivalist failed to advance to the final round of the show. Ultimately, Waz claimed the $100,000 grand prize.

Jeff Zausch accused 'Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing' Season 1 costars of playing for 'participation trophy'
In interviews and social media posts, Jeff openly criticized what he saw as significant issues in 'Last One Standing'. He accused fellow cast members of aiming for a "participation trophy" and unfairly ganging up against him.
In a 2023 interview with Jonny Fairplay for the 'Reality After Show' podcast, Jeff promised not to hold back if he was allowed back for season 2. "If there’s a season 2, I’m going all in … Season 2, when it comes around, you are going to see scorched earth," Jeff said.
"Like, no one is going to have a shelter because they’re all going to be on fire. I’m done. They’ve mistreated me and now I’m pissed. I guarantee you, season 2, the best man will win. That is my commitment to the viewers."
'Naked and Afraid: Last One Standing' Season 2 premieres July 14 at 8 pm ET on Discovery Channel.
