Tracy Marie Fiorenza is a Illinois resident
Tracy Marie Fiorenza was charged with communicating threats to kill another person, a crime that carries a maximum five-year jail sentence in a criminal complaint that was unsealed in Florida last week.
Fiorenza was detained on Monday morning and attended a removal hearing in the afternoon at the Dirksen US Courthouse.
The fact that Fiorenza lives in Plainfield, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago in the southwest, serves as a warning that similar threats can come from anywhere in the nation, emphasizing the necessity for alertness and preventive security measures.
Although she made her initial court appearance in Chicago, she might ultimately be moved to the district court in Florida where the allegations were initially brought.
As per Daily Mail, the complaint was finally unsealed this week after being filed earlier this month in southern Florida's US District Court.
Fiorenza's anti-Trump posts
Several anti-Trump posts and those endorsing pedophile elite ring conspiracy theories can be found on Fiorenza's Facebook page.
In one photo, Trump was depicted in handcuffs in a cartoon joke Fiorenza once shared with the comment, "I have a dream..."
Additionally, several of the pictures on Facebook featured images of the former president being hung from a tree.
Fiorenza also routinely accuses Lori Lightfoot, a former Chicago mayor, Oprah Winfrey, and Calvin Harris, a music producer, of different crimes on social media.
Fiorenza frequently called for the former president to be arrested and professed Illuminati conspiracy ideas on her Facebook wall.
Tracy Fiorenza threatened to 'shoot Donald Trump Sr and Barron Trump'
According to the five-page lawsuit that was unsealed last week, Fiorenza allegedly sent the following email to the headmaster of a Palm Beach County school on May 21, "I will state that I will shoot Donald Trump Sr. AND Barron Trump straight in the face at any opportunity I get!"
According to the affidavit provided by a US Secret Service agent, Fiorenza allegedly sent a similar email on June 5 in which she threatened to shoot Barron Trump "with his father IN SELF DEFENSE!"
The five-page complaint further reads, "Based upon the foregoing, your affiant submits that there is probably cause to believe that FIORENZA did knowingly and willfully make threats via commercial email to take the life of or to inflict bodily harm upon the persons of the former President of the United States and a member of the immediate family of a former President."
According to the affidavit, during the interview with Fiorenza on June 14 at the agency's Chicago field, agents showed her copies of the emails. Agents claimed that she admitted to sending the emails.
'NEVER OK to threaten someone life’s!'
Netizens immediately took to social media, particularly X (formerly Twitter), to condemn Tracy Fiorenza for her hateful act against the former president and his son.
One user criticized her act and wrote, "It is NEVER OK to threaten someone life’s! Ever! I may not care for the trump family but I would never wish harm to them. It’s just not worth it ever!"
A second X user exclaimed, "Wow. Everyone was crying wolf when that Utah man was sent an FBI arrest team after threatening President Biden. They said we would NEVER do this if it was former president Trump. Well... here ya go!"
Another one seethed, "This is shocking. Glad she was arrested. Nobody's life should be threatened, irrespective of who you are and what you believe in."
One more user added, "Same with the woman who threatened Biden and the DC judge on Trump's Jan 6 case. No excuse for threats of any kind, but this is what we are now seeing more and more of."
