NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The remains of a man and his mother has been found by the authorities in just a gap of a few hours, CBS News reported. Kyle Danielson's lifeless body was discovered by the detectives inside a garbage bag on 104th Street in Corona on Wednesday, July 5 and now, around 12 hours later, his mother, Sheryl Myrick was also found dead in their home.

The authorities have not yet disclosed the cause of their deaths but according to the reports of ABC7, Danielson's body was found with a puncture wound to his back. "The smell was so strong," a neighbor told the outlet. "The body had been here for a while." "It's insane this neighborhood was never like this before, now all of a sudden a body back-to-back. It's scary," neighbor Kelly Constantakis said. The New York Police Department suspects that Danielson's brother, Roscoe Danielson, 40, is behind moving Kyle's body.

Who is Roscoe Danielson?

Investigators believe that Roscoe Danielson is behind dragging his younger brother Kyle Danielson's body out of the house and dumping him several homes away. Roscoe was arrested on half a dozen charges including weapon possession, concealment of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. "We've obtained search warrants based on video surveillance that we have him removing that body from that house," Joseph Kenny, assistant chief at the Detective Bureau told WNBC. The accused also has several prior arrests, which have been sealed.

"It was there for a while until anyone realized there was body, it kind of just looked like another piece of garbage because it was fully covered until someone reported it and I guess someone took a peak and then realized it was a body,"  said a neighbor.

It is not known if Roscoe has entered a plea or retained an attorney to speak on his behalf. The investigation is still ongoing and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death in both cases.

Arkansas man charged for murdering and hiding mother's body in freezer

Meaww previously reported that a man has been charged with capital murder after the remains of his mother, 68, were discovered in a freezer at their shared home, following a welfare check requested by concerned family members. Raymond Martin Jr, 49, of Conway, allegedly engaged in an elaborate deception, using his mother, Nancy Glover-Warren's cell phone and social media accounts to create the deception that she had relocated to Hawaii for retirement, all the while concealing her body in a large stand-up freezer in the garage, as per court documents.
