MOREAU, NEW YORK: Joshua Ross, the son of Craig Ross Jr accused of kidnapping nine-year-old Charlotte Sena, expressed strong disapproval of his father's actions, bluntly stating, "I could give a f**k if the dude dropped dead tomorrow."

Sena was discovered in the closet of a trailer where Craig, 47, had been living. The man was arrested after his fingerprint was found on a ransom note delivered to the child's parents on Monday morning, October 2.

Joshua Ross vehemently rejects his father's actions

Joshua Ross, who lives with his father in upstate New York, expressed his profound disgust for Craig's actions. He minced no words, stating, "We want nothing to do with him. I could give a f**k if anything, I couldn't care less. He's disgusting. He's gross! He should die; I couldn't care less," as per Daily Mail.

Joshua emphatically stated that he "couldn't give a rat's a** what happens."

It is known that Craig had moved into the trailer where Sena was found due to his struggle with multiple sclerosis. His deteriorating health left him unable to navigate the property in Porters Corner, New York, and he had fallen behind on payments.

The 6 ft 4 in (193 cm), 125 kg (275 lbs) father of three was described by neighbors as a recluse who rarely spoke and often worked in his yard.

What led to Craig Ross Jr's arrest?

The investigation into the case of Charlotte Sena led to Craig Ross Jr's arrest after fingerprints on the ransom note matched those of his 1999 DUI charge in Saratoga. Law enforcement agencies, including federal agents and state troopers, descended on his residence, which was less than two miles from Sena's family home.

Craig, who is not a registered sex offender, resisted arrest but was eventually taken into custody. Meanwhile, Sena was found in a cabinet inside the trailer, located on his mother's property in Milton.
