Who are Katherine Belyea, Madison Allen and Sammich Overkill Schott-Deputy? Andy Ngo wins $300k against alleged 'Antifa' attackers
DELTA PARK, PORTLAND: In a recent ruling, three individuals who failed to present a defense in court against a lawsuit accusing them of assaulting conservative writer Andy Ngo during a 2019 protest in Portland have been ordered to collectively pay Ngo a sum of $300,000. These defendants, who Ngo claims are 'Antifa' members, are Katherine Belyea, Madison Allen and Joseph Evans aka Sammich Overkill Schott-Deputy.
Despite a last-minute effort by an attorney representing Joseph Evans, who now legally goes by the name Sammich Overkill Schott-Deputy, to contest the default judgment, the judge declined the appeal, citing the lawsuit's three-year history.
Portland: In front of the still fenced-off US federal courthouse that antifa tried to burn down in 2020, someone wrote the command, "Kill Andy Ngo." A blood-like streak is included. This isn't the first time they've made this threat, but as before, I won't stop reporting on them. pic.twitter.com/LCAZHHdM5H

How long was Andy Ngo’s trial?
Andy Ngo’s trial, lasting approximately an hour, featured unchallenged testimony from Ngo himself. Initially, Ngo filed a civil lawsuit on June 4, 2020, making it a 3 year long legal case.
Via a remote video statement, Ngo conveyed, “Those who wish harm on me, they always refer to it as the ‘milkshake incident’ to mock my injuries and celebrate it. The near-death experience — for it to continually be a joke to violent extremists — it’s distressing and it’s scary.”
Did Andy Ngo lose the previous lawsuit?
During the earlier trial, activists John Hacker and Elizabeth Richter were found not guilty of causing harm to Andy Ngo for being unmasked and attacked.
Antifa accounts are celebrating that a judge dismissed Rose City Antifa from Ngo v. Rose City Antifa, et al. before the trial on the grounds that a nonlegal entity cannot be sued in Oregon.

In striking contrast to the weeklong trial held earlier in June, 2020, the recent brief hearing in August presented a markedly different scene. The subsequent hearing, presided over by Judge Sinlapasai, the certainty of Ngos victory was unquestionable.
