'Where is the talent?': 'AGT: All-Stars' fans slam 7-year-old Aneeshwar Kunchala's poetry act
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It's no secret that talent hunt shows like 'America's Got Talent', 'Britain's Got Talent', 'Canada's Got Talent', etc, attract some of the most talented performers onto the show. However, thanks to the judges' and audience's voting, sometimes an exceptionally talented artist ends up being crowned the runner-up, or eliminated from the competition on account of low votes. But in the spirit of giving these artists another chance to showcase their talents, NBC launched a new show called 'America's Got Talent: All-Stars', hosted by Terry Crews, with Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum as the judges.
The new show kicked off with artists from across the globe competing for their second chance at winning the 'AGT' championship title. Representing 'Britain's Got Talent' was none other than 7-year-old Aneeshwar Kunchala. The Warrington resident participated on 'BGT's Season 15, where he left as the Top 10 finalist. Aneeshwar, a self-described "tiny but mighty" environment warrior decided to showcase his poetry and advocacy talents by reciting a very passionate poem that he penned himself about protecting and conserving our mother earth and nature. While the judges and the studio audience were moved to tears by his passionate recital, unfortunately, the audience didn't share the same feelings. Several 'AGT' fans took to Twitter to question Aneeshwar's talent, going to the extent of questioning if reciting a poem could be dubbed as talent.

A fan tweeted, "This kid is brilliant, but I’m surprised he made it to #AGTAllStars how is this a talent? I mean give him a show to spread a great message but I think it’s a sin to bring him on this show! I think it’s gonna be to big of a let down for a young kid like he said it was before!" "I'm confused so far. Where is the talent? #AGTAllStars," wrote a fan. "@AGT #AGTAllStars wtf why is this 7 year old lecturing people and discussing saving the planet on a talent competition- this show is getting worse each season. This is not a talent- he’s pursuing a career in environmental science or some," commented a fan. "This is an act on #AGTAllStars? Seriously his act is to lecture us on the climate? Great message but wrong show," added a fan.

"Adorable kid, though not sure this is an actual talent. #AGTAllStars," seconded a fan. "He's a cute but what is the talent. Poet, presenter, advocate or combination of those 3. #AGTAllstars I don't know if that is an entertainment talent," expressed a puzzled fan.
