When will 'This Is Us' Season 6 episode 6 air? Here's what to expect from NBC show
The sixth and final season of NBC’s blockbuster drama ‘This Is Us’ is slowly inching toward its conclusion and continues to make viewers cry with its super-emotional content. In last week’s episode, we finally got to know what happened after Randall (Sterling K Brown) got to know about her daughter’s, Deja (Lyric Ross), relationship.
On the other hand, we got into the past and see how devastated Rebecca (Mandy Moore) is after Jack’s (Milo Ventimiglia) demise. So many years later, she finally gives a try to speed dating, all thanks to Miguel (Jon Huertas). If we talk about ratings, then ‘This Is Us’ continues to be one of the top three shows for NBC, along with ‘Chicago Fire’ and ‘Chicago Med’.

When everyone thought that things were getting more and more intense in every character’s life, the show has decided to go on a hiatus. So, when will the show return? And what can we expect from the upcoming episodes? Let’s find out.
When will ‘This Is Us’ Season 6 Episode 6 return?
The final edition of ‘This Is Us’ has already aired five episodes which gave us insights into how the family is everything and if you don’t have your loved ones closer, then you are missing the most important aspect of life. But, fans would have to wait a little longer to know what happens next as the show is going on a break and won’t be airing a new episode this week.
We can also confirm that there won’t be any episode next week as well and the show will return to NBC on Tuesday, February 22, at 9 pm EST. The reason for this break is the ongoing Winter Olympics in Beijing, China.
‘Law & Order: SVU’, ‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’, ‘Chicago Fire’, ‘Chicago Med’, and ‘Chicago PD’ are some of the TV shows that won’t be airing any new episodes for the next two weeks.
What can we expect from ‘This Is Us’ Season 6 Episode 6?
The promo for the upcoming episode teased new challenges for Kevin (Justin Hartley), Rebecca (Mandy Moore), and Beth (Susan Kalechi Watson) and even though the episode won’t air for the next couple of weeks, it seems it’ll be worth the wait.
In the promo, we see Rebecca and Matt (Matt Corboy) entering the Pearson’s residence. Rebecca is surprised to see young Kevin (Logan Shroyer) and Sophie (Amanda Leighton) waiting for her. The look on Kevin’s face says doesn’t look comforting to us and we might see some problems between the two.
In the present situation, we see Kevin’s heart getting crushed after hearing that his ex-wife Madison (Caitlin) doesn’t want to spend Thanksgiving with him and wants to spend the occasion with family at home. Kevin is really hurt and Kate (Chrissy Metz) is also there to witness that awkward moment.
On the other hand, this might be Beth’s last chance to revive her career. She has got a new job at a dance academy after her studio closed down. However, things are still complicated there. Beth would need to choose the right dancers so that she is able to follow her passion. Randall is present there to support her, but it seems Beth is low on confidence and would need some motivation to believe in herself.
It’ll be interesting to see how each of the aforementioned characters handle these situations and try not to get their hearts broken.
‘This Is Us’ Season 6 Episode 6 will return to NBC on Tuesday, February 22, at 9 pm EST.
