After a long and tense wait, ‘Tell Me Lies’ is officially back. Hulu’s addictive relationship drama returns with Season 3, picking up the emotional wreckage left behind by one of the show’s most unsettling cliffhangers. It’s been more than a year since Season 2 ended, and fans are finally about to see the consequences of Stephen’s shocking Wedding Day voice message. Based on Carola Lovering’s novel of the same name, ‘Tell Me Lies’ centers on the toxic, on-again-off-again relationship between Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco.

Season 3 wastes no time pulling viewers back into that chaos. According to Hulu’s official synopsis, Lucy and Stephen once again find themselves drawn back to each other as the spring semester begins. Despite promising that things will be different this time, old habits and unresolved betrayals prove difficult to escape. Lingering secrets and poor choices quickly undermine their attempts at a fresh start. Furthermore, Lucy becomes entangled in a campus controversy she wants no part of, forcing her to confront the consequences of being connected to Stephen yet again.

As tensions rise, it becomes increasingly clear that the damage from the previous year hasn’t faded. The fallout doesn’t stop with Lucy and Stephen. Season 3 also places focus on the group’s inner circle, as past mistakes come back to haunt them. Bree, Pippa, Evan, Wrigley, and the rest of the friend group are forced to reckon with their own destructive patterns. As secrets simmer beneath the surface, the campus becomes a pressure cooker of resentment, guilt, and mistrust. Hulu teases that these issues could lead to severe and lasting consequences for everyone involved.

As reported by USA Today, Season 3 premieres with a two-episode drop at 12 a.m. ET on January 13. Following the premiere, the series will release new episodes weekly, with each new episode debuting every Tuesday at midnight ET through February 24. ‘Tell Me Lies’ remains a Hulu original series and is available exclusively on the streaming platform. New subscribers can take advantage of Hulu’s 30-day free trial on the basic plan with ads. After the trial period, the ad-supported plan costs $10.99 per month, while the ad-free option is priced at $18.99 per month.

According to Page Six, viewers looking to bundle their streaming services have several options. Hulu is included in multiple Disney+ bundles. One discounted first-month deal combines Disney+ and Hulu with ads for $9.99 per month. Meanwhile, the core cast returns for Season 3, with Grace Van Patten and Jackson White once again leading the series as Lucy and Stephen. Catherine Missal reprises her role as Bree, alongside Spencer House as Wrigley, Sonia Mena as Pippa, Branden Cook as Evan, Alicia Crowder as Diana, and Tom Ellis as Oliver. Costa D’Angelo appears as Alex, while Iris Apatow joins the cast as Amanda.
