‘To All the Boys’ franchise primarily focused on the life of Lara Jean (Lana Condor) and also included people that were really important in her life. Created by Jenny Han, the spin-off series consists of 10 episodes and features another love story for young adults that will make them believe that their special one is just around the corner and they just need to make some efforts to get to their desired destination.

Let’s take a look at the plot of the upcoming series.

What is the plot of the Netflix series ‘XO, Kitty’?

‘XO, Kitty’ primarily focuses on ‘teen matchmaker’ Kitty Song Covey trying to make everyone believe that she knows everything about love. However, her own love life has been disastrous, and is desperate to find true love. After a long wait, she gets in a long-distance relationship with a Korean guy named Dae. The titular character is fed up of Facetime romance and wants to have a good life with Dae in reality. So, she applies for a school in South Korea and gets accepted there.

As soon as Kitty reaches South Korea, she gets the shock of a lifetime when it is revealed that Dae already has a girlfriend and was just playing with her. Things are way harder than it was supposed to be and there’s no place for an excited person like Kitty. As a result, she takes a pledge to turn things around by getting out of these circumstances and getting to know more about her family’s heritage.

It will be interesting to see if she’ll be able to get the happy ending or not.

Anna Cathcart plays the titular character in the series (Kitty) while Choi Min-young stars as Dae-Heon Kim.
