'Vincenzo' Episodes 17 and 18 were delayed by the production team to ensure that the episodes that will be broadcast would be of great quality. The fanbase for the Song Joong-ki and Jeon Yeo-bin's show has grown by leaps and bounds since the premiere of the show and the production team has also claimed that they want to deliver and meet the expectations of the fans.

In a statement, the production team said, "After the airing of Episode 16, [‘Vincenzo’] will be going on a one-week hiatus in order to improve the quality of the drama. On April 17, we will be airing a special episode [instead of Episode 17].”

When will Episodes 17 and 18 of 'Vincenzo' air?

'Vincenzo' Episode 17 will return on Saturday, April 24, and can be streamed on Netflix. Episode 18 of the show, will be broadcast the following day on tvN and can be streamed the same day on Netflix. The week that the episode did not air saw the showmakers release a special episode that included behind-the-scenes footage, cast interviews and interviews by actors who made a cameo as well.

Will Cassano play dead in episode 17?

In 'Vincenzo', because we are closing in on the climax, we will see both Babel's founder Han-seok (TaecYeon) and former consigliere of mafia -- Cassano -- bring on their A-Game. This time, Cassano might use the death of his mother to reel in his opponents as well. He could even fool his partner in crime, Cha-young, while doing so. The last time we saw Cassano, he had been taken over by anger and guilt after seeing his mother getting killed. He even hunts down the man who took the directive from team Babel and ends up gatecrashing a party that Han-seok had with the others.

The only thing that was certain at the end of Episode 16 was that neither Han-seok nor his lawyer Myeong-hui (Kim Yeo-jin) had expected to see Cassano, let alone him killing their man right in front of them.

Following this, Cassano also pulled the trigger and pointed it out at who we guess is Myeong-hui but we do think that he will really kill her. After all, Cassano's plans have always been thought out extremely well and with no emotional attachment. That is also the reason he had managed to win over Han-seok so many times. So this time, we expect him to do the same. We must remember the first scene of the show, the one where we saw Cassano blow the entire Geumga plaza down to rubble.

When will we see the moment leading up to this blow-up? That's a question Episode 17 and 18 might be able to answer.

'Vincenzo' airs every Saturday and Sunday on tvN at 9 pm KST and can be streamed on Netflix.
