'The Time Traveler's Wife' Episode 6 fan review: Full marks for HBO show's writing and storytelling

HBO's hit romance drama 'The Time Traveler's Wife' ended on a bittersweet note and that had fans sharing their two cents on social media. Despite the negative critic reviews, the show was rather well-received by the audience and they were lavish in their praise for the finale.

While one segment of the audience was adamant about Season 2, there was another section that paid more attention to the other aspects of the show. Theo James and Rose Leslie, who play the leads, were lauded for their performance, as was executive producer Steven Moffat. The ending was starkly different from Audrey Niffenegger's novel of the same name, but fans got what they wanted — an emotional and heartwarming finish to the series that also included a mid-credits scene that comes as happy news.
