'The Midnight Club' on Netflix: Which 'Midnight Mass' actors are set to return in horror series?
Halloween month is almost here, did you pick your costumes? Speaking of the spooky day, Netflix's upcoming horror/mystery series 'The Midnight Club' is all set for its premiere. The highly anticipated show has been helmed by Mark Flanagan, a renowned name in the horror genre. Flanagan also serves as the creator of the show along with Leah Fong. The show will take viewers back to the '90s as it is adapted from the famous novel of the same name by Christopher Pike.
Flanagan, who is famous for the unpredictable jump scares in the horror movies he made, has created, produced, and served as the showrunner on several Netflix supernatural horror anthology series. The 'Haunting' franchise consists of 'The Haunting of Hill House' and 'The Haunting of Bly Manor'. Recently, Flanagan created and directed the Netflix horror mini-series 'Midnight Mass'. The upcoming show marks Kohli’s third collaboration with Flanagan after playing Chef Owen in 'The Haunting of Bly Manor' and Sheriff Hassan in 'Midnight Mass'. Kohli is set to feature in the horror auteur's other upcoming Netflix project titled 'The Fall of the House of Usher'.
'The Midnight Club' is Gilford’s second collaboration with Flanagan following 'Midnight Mass' and he is also set to appear in 'The Fall of the House of Usher'.
Meanwhile, Sloyan has worked with Flanagan the most out of her costars, right from appearing in 'Hush', 'The Haunting of Hill House' and 'Midnight Mass'. According to reports, the actress is slated to appear in 'The Fall of the House of Usher' as well.
'The Midnight Club' on Netflix is set to premiere on Friday, October 7, 2022, to give you chills just in time for Halloween.
