'The Masked Singer': Brian Austin Green is the Giraffe, fans devastated to see their 'biggest crush' leave

Megan Fox's ex, Brian Austin Green, was eliminated from 'The Masked Singer' and fans couldn't help but swoon over their crush and wished he wasn't leaving

Actor Brian Austin Green exited 'The Masked Singer' on Wednesday night. At the end of all the Group A playoff performances, the Giraffe mask was revealed as the lowest voted and like each eliminated celebrity, he had to take the mask off to show his true self to the judges and fans. And Giraffe turned out to be the 'Beverly Hills 90210' actor.

This was his second performance on the show disguised as Giraffe and usually, fans are good with the sleuthing and more often than not are correct about the guesses. However, this time around, it was a completely different scenario as none of them guessed it was Brian under the mask and the reveal left the majority of the show's fanbase in shock. 

His clue package included, "Recently, my whole world came crashing down. I've kept it mostly secret, but my life was transformed in the blink of an eye. I had a terrifying episode that scrambled my brain. I could barely walk or talk. But I'm a fighter. I defeated my invisible predator. Now, I'm at a crossroads in life. The one thing that keeps me going is my herd. As long as they're in my life, I know I'll be back to put on another show."

After investigating the clue packages carefully, the judges' panel deduced it could either be Shia La Beouf or Scott Wolf under the mask. The audiences watching from home too had a couple of different celebrities as their guesses but none of them guessed it was Brian. After his elimination was announced, the actor explained how the fox in his package was referring to his ex Megan Fox and all the other things that were said in the video hinted at the divorce and how he's coping with things.

Things can get really sweaty under those masks and even though Brian looked frazzled, fans thought he was still 'fine'. Fans were extremely upset to see him leave. "Never in a million years would I have guess the giraffe was Brian Austin Green. I'm so sad to see him leave! I loved the Giraffe costume. #TheMaskedSinger" wrote a fan.

"I was a child wanting to marry Brian Austin Green and the dude looks amazing damn hello Sir! #TheMaskedSinger," wrote another fan. "Omg I use to have the biggest crush on Brian Austin Green!!... #TheMaskedSinger" read another tweet. 

'The Masked Singer' airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
