'The Good Father: The Martin MacNeill Story' is based on actual events and is coming to Lifetime Channel, this fall. It is followed by the Lifetime original movie 'Imperfect High' starring Dance Moms alum, Nia Sioux. 'The Good Father: The Martin MacNeill Story' is based on the true story of Dr Martin MacNeill, a Utah-based doctor, whose true nature behind his seemingly perfect persona and charm came to light after the death of his wife.

'The Good Father: The Martin MacNeill Story' is based on the true story of Dr. Martin MacNeill, a Utah-based doctor, whose true nature behind his seemingly perfect persona came to light after the death of his wife. Scott stars as Dr MacNeill; Carpenter plays his wife, Michele. O’Driscoll portrays his daughter, Alexis, who idolized McNeill until she began questioning the circumstances of her mother’s death. 

Based on actual events, 'The Good Father: The Martin MacNeill Story' tells the story of Dr MacNeill and the incredible life he led with his former beauty queen wife, Michele, and their eight children.

Charisma Carpenter as Michele

Charisma Carpenter is an American actress, best known for her roles in 'Charmed' and 'Veronica Mars'. She also played a role in the 2003 movie 'See Jane Date' and on Netflix’s 'No Good Nick'.



 

The rest of the cast includes Anwen O'Driscoll. She portrays the daughter, Alexis.
