It's a bittersweet time for fans of 'The Expanse' whose sixth and final season will mean saying goodbye to the world and characters they've loved for so long. But as they say, all good things must come to an end and the Amazon Prime Video show is gearing up for one final hurrah.

'The Expanse' follows the endeavors of a troop of futuristic humans to maintain peace in the Solar system. But with constant threats from other powers, the task is hard and full of peril. The sci-fi show which has a solid fanbase is one of the better ones out there with its amazing visuals, exciting development and more. According to Prime Video - The sixth and final season of The Expanse picks up with the solar system at war, as Marco Inaros and his Free Navy continue to launch devastating asteroid attacks on Earth and Mars. As the tensions of war and shared loss threaten to pull the crew of the Rocinante apart, Chrisjen Avasarala makes a bold move and sends former Martian Marine Bobbie Draper on a secret mission that could turn the tide. Meanwhile, in the Belt, Drummer and what’s left of her family are on the run and hunted for betraying Marco. And on a distant planet beyond the Rings, a new power begins to rise.

Steven Strait as James Holden

Steven Strait is an American actor and singer. His works include 'Sky High', 'The Covenant', 'Stop-Loss', 'Life Like', and more. His more prominent roles consist of 'Magic City', and 'The Expanse on which he starred as a series regular in the main role. The actor also had a stint in modeling as a teenager and modeled for magazines like Details,  L'uomo Vogue, Pop Magazine, and more. Strait will reprise his role as James Holden in the sci-fi space drama 'The Expanse' for the final season.



 

The rest of the cast consists of  Dominique Tipper as Naomi Nagata, Wes Chatham as Amos Burton, Shohreh Aghdashloo as Chrisjen Avasarala, Cara Gee as Camina Drummer, Frankie Adams as Roberta 'Bobbie' W. Draper, Keon Alexander as Marco Inaros, Nadine Nicole as Clarissa Mao, and Jasai Chase Owens as Filip Inaros.

Showrunners

Daniel Abraham who has written the novels on which the show is based on serves as the Executive Producer alongside Jason Brown, Sean Daniel, Ty Franck, Sharon Hall, Broderick Johnson, Andrew Kosove, Laura Lancaster, Dan Nowak, and Naren Shankar.
