What is the plot of 'The Christmas Break'?
Not to be confused with the 2020 movie 'A Christmas Break' starring Cindy Sampson and Steve Byers, 'The Christmas Break' follows married couple Jack and Caroline as they travel from Chicago to small-town Ireland to spend the holidays with Caroline's family. Of course, shenanigans ensue that, according to the official synopsis, "will test their patience and their marriage".

Justin Long
Justin has been in so many movies it's hard to believe he's just 45. A familiar face, Justin made his mark with his first feature-length debut 'Galaxy Quest' in 1999 in which he played Brandon. The performance garnered him a nomination for the Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor, an award he would be nominated for again in 2001 for his performance in the underrated horror movie 'Jeepers Creepers'. You can currently see him in the Disney+ show 'Goosebumps' in which he plays Nathan Bratt.
India Mullen
Born in Dublin, the 30-year-old Irish actress got her big break playing Katie Kiely in the Irish crime show 'Red Rock'. She also plays Samantha in the excellent comedy 'Brassic'. She also starred opposite Chloë Grace Moretz in Prime Video's 'The Peripheral' but the less said about that show the better. She is currently starring in the show 'The Vanishing Triangle', which you can catch on AMC stateside.
Is 'The Christmas Break' worth watching?
Most holiday movies are more misses than hits, but looking at the cast and the plot of 'The Christmas Break', there's a fair chance that the film will throw up its share of laughs and clashes of culture. If you're into holiday movies then it's certainly worth giving it a watch.
