'The Bold Type' Season 4 has hardly been a disappointment since its return. The Freeform show is back with Jane Sloan (Katie Stevens), Kat Edison (Aisha Dee) and Sutton Brady (Meghann Fahy) in new challenging chapters of their lives. In a preview video released by the network for the upcoming episode, Jane is seen having some trouble when it comes to dating. After her double mastectomy, she found herself feeling conscious of her body. And while she might have gained some control over that feeling of helplessness, she might now face issues elsewhere.

Single, following her break up with Ryan Decker (Dan Jeannotte), Jane might venture into the dating scene but not without any second-guessing. In the upcoming episode titled 'Lost', we will see her tackle this upfront. All that is alright, but no one wants her going back to Ryan. Elsewhere, Kat is a little lost on the professional front. She is fighting with the ethical dilemma of working a job that won't allow her activism, which is a deeply important part of the character. Lost like this, Kat is likely to make a decision in the upcoming episode.

According to the official synopsis of the episode, "Sutton grapples with her complex reaction towards the massive changes in her life. At Kat's urging, Jane starts dating again. Kat plans her next move as she faces financial insecurity, and turns to Alex for help".  In 'Snow Day', Sutton was trying to prove that she could do it all by herself - personal and professional - without the help of anyone. Over the course of this endeavor, a lot goes wrong. Towards the end of the episode, succumbing to the pressures of both potential motherhood and toiling at a demanding job, she breaks down but has her supportive husband Richard (Sam Page) right by her side.

Fans of the show, however, are angry that creators would make the best couple go through an issue like this. "My heart is breaking for Sutton and Richard. Not ready for this ep," said a fan. "Sutton can't lose the baby please 😭😭. These two finally deserve to be happy together," added another.

Others hope that the makers choose to take the adoption route for the couple. "It would be interesting to see that Sutton might not be able to have a baby but they want to be parents," said a fan. From the promo and the synopsis, we can infer that the pregnancy is not going to be an easy one. Just how complicated will it get, we must wait to know more.

'The Bold Type' season 4 airs Thursdays at 10 pm ET/ PT on Freeform.
