'Temptation Island' Season 3: Meet the 4 couples testing their partner's loyalty on USA Network's reality show
As we eagerly await the premiere of ‘Temptation Island’ Season 3, we wanted to do a quick run-down on the four couples who will be testing their partner's loyalty on the show. The show features four couples who will be arriving together on the show but will be made to stay separately. There is a separate villa for women and a separate villa for men.
The women’s villa is filled with single men, and the men’s villa is filled with single women. Through the course of the show, we see the couples’ loyalty being tested amid the temptations (singles) surrounding them. At the end of the show, the couples decide whether they want to leave together or test waters with a new partner they found on the island.

The first two seasons of the show were extremely controversial, as most contestants either went home alone or with new partners. There are only two couples who managed to leave the show with their original partners. Here are the couples who will be testing their love and loyalties on ‘Temptation Island’ this season.
Chelsea Orcutt and Thomas Gipson
The 29-year-old Chelsea was introduced to her 37-year-old boyfriend, Thomas, through a mutual friend. The couple has been together for a little over a year, but cracks are already beginning to form in their relationship. Both of them agree that when they are alone, things are perfect, but in social situations, Thomas starts being his charming and flirty self and Chelsea's jealousy gets the better of her.
Thomas' commitment phobia, combined with the fact that she is his first serious relationship, doesn't make Chelsea feel very confident about their relationship and only adds to her already pre-existing insecurities. Thomas wants Chelsea to rest her fears of infidelity and accept his outgoing nature. So, the couple decided to come to 'Temptation Island' to see if their relationship has a chance.
Erica Washington and Kendal Kirkland
Erica and Kendal have been dating for a little over two years. Although Erica is convinced that Kendal is the man for her, he seems to still be harboring some doubts about her. Kendal, who is a successful entrepreneur, wants a woman who can keep up with him both personally and professionally, and he isn't sure if his current girlfriend meets his standards.
Erin Smith and Corey Sobczyk
As a former pro-soccer player, Erin is used to dating athletes. So, when she began dating a concierge manager, Corey, she couldn't help but compare him to her previous partners. This ended up taking a toll on their relationship as Corey began feeling insecure and underappreciated by his girlfriend. On the other hand, Erin is afraid that she might be settling with Corey. Hence, the couple is hoping to get some answers from their stint on 'Temptation Island'.
Kristen Ramos and Julian Allen
Kristen and Julian are highschool sweethearts who have been together for 11 years. Despite being together for a little over a decade, the couple is still unable to take the next step in the relationship. Julian has cheated twice on Kristen in the past and has taken complete responsibility for it.
Although Kristen forgave him and took him back, it looks like she might have not completely gotten over it, while Julian is scared to propose to her because he is afraid that he might not hear what he is hoping to hear from her.
'Temptation Island' Season 3 premieres on Tuesday, February 16, at 10 pm ET/PT on USA Network.
